We believe that sharing ideas is a key to success and the way humanity will prosper. That is why we are organising pro-bono University lectures, roundtables for hospitality professionals and giving everyone an opportunity to learn, share their ideas and knowledge!

Our lectures are more of a discussion, rather than a standard, old-school one-way professor-student street.

We will present the basic Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), from Average Daily Rate (ADR), Occupancy, Revenue Per Available Room (RevPAR), Total Revenue Per Available Room (TRevPAR), Gross Operating Profit (GOP) and others. During the “discussion”, we will assess real-life scenarios of hotels, finding their performance strong and weak points and find possible solutions.

How to build a quality Excel report, what data do we need for a revenue analysis, how to read trends and find patterns; in an hour-long session you will acquire the knowledge many hotel managers don’t have.
