How we handle your personal data on yesrevenue.com. Short and plain, as promised.
Who We Are
This website is run by YesRevenue by Zan Bregar (“YesRevenue”, “we”, “us”), Plaça de Catalunya 16, 08191 Rubí (Barcelona), Spain, VAT ID ESY5009609Q. We are the controller of the personal data described here. For any privacy question, write to info@yesrevenue.com.
What We Collect and Why
- Quote requests (Fees page): your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, property or project details and any figures you choose to share. We use them to prepare your quote and to contact you about it. Legal basis: steps you ask us to take before a possible contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Call-back requests: your name and phone number, used only to call you back. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
- Job applications: your name, email, phone, the links or CV you send us, your answers in the application form, and the website that brought you to the job page if your browser shares it (for example a job site or a search engine), used only for that hiring process. Legal basis: steps you ask us to take before a possible contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). If you tick the box for it, we keep your application for future openings, based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.
- Emails from us: article updates if you sign up for them, and articles, news and offers if you tick the box for it in our quote form. We use your email and, if you give it, your name to send them. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time with the unsubscribe link in every email, or by writing to us.
- Messages you send us by email, WhatsApp or phone, used to answer you.
- Booking a call: the booking calendar is provided by zcal. The details you enter there are shared with us so we can hold the call, which takes place on Google Meet.
- Technical data: our hosting provider keeps short-term server logs (such as IP address, browser and time of visit) to keep the site secure and running. Legal basis: our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Our forms do not store your IP address.
- Spam protection: our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots. When a form loads and when you send it, Turnstile checks technical signals from your browser, such as your IP address, browser type and connection details. They are not used to identify, profile or target you. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in keeping our forms free of spam (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Visitor statistics: we count visits with Koko Analytics, which runs on our own server and sets no cookies. To count each visitor once a day, it makes a one-way code from your IP address and browser type; the code changes every day and is deleted at midnight, and your IP address itself is not stored. We see only totals per page and per referring website. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in knowing how our website is used (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Cookies
Cookies that the site needs to work are always on. With your consent, given in our cookie banner, we also use statistics cookies (Google Analytics) to see how visitors use the site, and marketing cookies (Google Ads) to measure our ads. You can change your choice at any time on our Cookie Policy page. Fonts are served from our own server, so your browser does not contact Google Fonts. The booking calendar on the Performance Assessment Call page is loaded from zcal and may set its own cookies.
Who Receives Your Data
We never sell your data. We share it only with the services that help us run this website and our work:
- KnownHost, our web host (our server is in Amsterdam, the Netherlands)
- Google (Google Workspace), for our email
- Brevo (France), which sends the emails our website forms trigger
- Cloudflare (Turnstile spam protection on our forms), which also uses these signals to improve its bot detection; see the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum
- zcal (call scheduling) and Google Meet (video calls)
- WhatsApp (Meta), only if you choose to message us there
- Google (Analytics and Ads), only if you accept statistics or marketing cookies
Where a provider is outside the EU, the transfer is covered by the EU Commission’s standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.
How Long We Keep It
- Quote and call-back requests: up to 2 years after our last contact; if we start working together, until 2 years after our work for that property ends
- Emails from us (articles, news and offers): until you unsubscribe
- Job applications: until the hiring process ends; if you allow us to keep them for future openings, up to 12 months
- Server logs: as set by our hosting provider, usually a few weeks
Your Rights
You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, or to receive it in a portable format. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Write to info@yesrevenue.com and we will reply within one month.
You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection authority, in Spain the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (www.aepd.es), or the authority in the EU country where you live.
Changes
We may update this policy when our website or tools change. The latest version is always on this page. Last updated: 21 October 2026.
